If saving scrubs ment it went back to it's season 1 awesomeness I'd want it saved. But it went too far off the handels and was tooo whacky.
Anyways Bill has dropped many hints the show will go on, with new characters, no JD, and the others as random cameos.

"Bill Lawrence also stated that Scrubs as we know it is over, although there are possibilities for the show to move forward with a new cast in an ER type role on ABC, or take a new title completely. I think they ended it when they should have and I think it was right.
